About the Team:

You will be part of Sea's HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the Data & Systems function is responsible for the development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of finance applications, enabling efficient and scalable operations through robust system solutions. You will work closely with senior product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to support the development and enhancement of our self-developed web applications, gaining the opportunity for hands-on experience in the full product lifecycle while contributing to impactful solutions.

Job Description:

  • Produce high-quality product deliverables including interactive high-fidelity prototypes, product requirement documents (PRDs), and Figma designs to clearly communicate product vision and specifications.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design systems, proposing improvements that promote consistency, reusability, and scalability across products.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure smooth execution.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from users, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular backlog reviews and recommend prioritization for feature releases.
  • Track progress and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery and adoption of releases.
  • Support go-to-market plans including documentation, demos, and user communications.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong design sensibility and UX intuition, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to design decisions and provide constructive suggestions grounded in design systems and user-centered principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).
  • Hardworking with acute attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable working with data and basic tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, analytics dashboards)
