Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing informative, landing pages, and e-commerce websites.
- Maintain and enhance the current clients websites and e-commerce website.
- Intranet/Internet website applications and web page content that is mobile responsive (liaising with vendors).
- The work includes front-end graphic design and appearance, as well as backend technical and structural functionality to ensure applications developed adhere to good cyber security practices.
- Assist in compilation of website statistics and checking of routine web server health reports.
- Documentation of applications developed and Internet technology research as required.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
- Optimise websites for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with other team members.
Job requirements
Skills And Qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science / IT / Computer Engineering / Digital Marketing / Design or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of proven work experience as a Web Developer.
- Proficient in using front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with responsive design, proficient understanding of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere would be a big plus.
- Proficienct in WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify would be a big plus.
- Good knowledge of databases such as MySQL.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new languages, good attitude, and team player with strong communication skills.
