WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
Your first 90 days will look like this:
- Go through an intensive onboarding bootcamp covering financial planning, investment fundamentals, and client communication skills
- Shadow top-performing mentors in real client meetings
- Start building your own client base with guidance and warm leads support
- Study for and pass your industry certifications (fully supported)
Within your first year, you'll be:
- Running your own client consultations - advising real people on their financial future
- Managing a growing portfolio of clients, from young professionals to high-net-worth individuals
- Designing personalized financial plans across insurance, investments, retirement, and education planning
- Collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver holistic wealth solutions
- Attending regular performance reviews with clear feedback and progression roadmaps
By year 2-3, high performers will be:
- Earning a six-figure income
- Leading and mentoring their own team
- Qualifying for overseas incentive trips and industry recognition awards
- Building a long-term, recurring income from a loyal client base
