Wealth Solutions Associate / Consultant (Training Provided)

We are seeking motivated individuals to join us as Wealth Solutions Consultants under HSBC Life (Singapore) Pte Ltd, represented by Fort Financial.

This is a structured financial advisory career pathway designed for individuals who are eager to build a long-term profession in wealth planning, client advisory, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients to understand their financial needs and long-term goals
• Provide guidance on protection, savings, and financial planning solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable solutions
• Participate in training and development programs to build advisory skills
• Work closely with mentors to achieve performance and development goals

Training & Licensing

This role includes a structured training pathway.

Candidates will be required to complete relevant financial advisory licensing examinations.
Full training support, study materials, and examination guidance will be provided.
