Wealth Relationship Manager (Senior Individual Contributor Role, NYSE Listed Fintech)
A compelling opportunity for a driven wealth professional to own a book of high-net-worth relationships and meaningfully contribute to AUM and revenue growth. You'll work across a broad product suite in a collaborative, client-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of HNW clients — delivering proactive service, relationship depth, and consistently high satisfaction.
- Drive personal KPIs across AUM growth, revenue, and new client acquisition.
- Build and execute bespoke wealth strategies aligned to each client's investment goals and risk profile.
- Promote a broad suite of products: equities, mutual funds, structured products, derivatives, and private banking solutions.
- Monitor client portfolios continuously — providing timely performance updates and relevant market insights.
- Identify and act on opportunities to deepen wallet share and grow AUM.
- Partner closely with internal teams — research, operations, and compliance — to ensure seamless trade execution and client outcomes.
- Represent the firm at client events and relationship-building initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in BD/Wealth Management focusing on HNWIs or Family Offices.
- Advisory Skills: Proven track record in asset allocation and investment advising.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of multi-asset classes (Equities, Futures, Options) and wealth products.
- Attributes: Self-driven hunter mentality, fast learner, and effective communicator.
- Credentials: CFA/FRM or related financial certifications are a huge advantage, but not a requirement.
