Our client is a well-established wealth planning firm headquartered in Singapore. They are now seeking an experienced Wealth Planning, Director (Estate and Legacy Planning) to join their team. They are seeking an experienced Wealth Planning Director to drive fiduciary and estate planning solutions in Singapore. This role focuses on client advisory, business development, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering holistic strategies while expanding distribution channels, enhancing product offerings, and supporting revenue growth across the Group's wealth and corporate services platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an internal network by partnering with stakeholders to deliver a more holistic solution in estate and legacy planning
- Meet prospects, clients, and colleagues to introduce wealth planning solutions and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Resolve complex enquiries related to fiduciary and insurance matters to ensure client satisfaction
- Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions for internal stakeholders on regulatory changes, tax implications, and market developments
- Produce and update materials regularly, serving as a centralized knowledge resource on estate and legacy planning from a Singapore perspective
- Explore business opportunities for Fiduciary Services and other group offerings through collaboration with third parties
- Deploy wealth planning tools to generate new business in fiduciary structures and corporate services, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal guidelines
- Promote the Group's wealth planning brand and strengthen market presence
- Support the achievement of revenue targets for fiduciary and corporate services
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across the Group's offerings
- Develop sales strategies to improve capacity and efficiency
- Expand distribution channels in Singapore and regionally to drive growth
- Enhance product offerings to meet evolving wealth planning needs
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or a related discipline
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in estate, legacy, or wealth planning, preferably within banking or insurance
- Proven ability to deliver holistic wealth planning solutions
- Proactive, self-motivated, and disciplined, with strong integrity and commitment to client service
- Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
