Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to identify and meet their unique financial needs and objectives.
Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market updates and trend analysis on both local and international financial products.
In consultation with team leaders and branch management, develop monthly plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, business growth, and customer acquisition goals.
Proactively participate in marketing and promotional activities to acquire new clients and source individual prospects through various channels.
Provide high-quality, efficient after-sales service and manage client retention strategies to minimize attrition.
Organize and conduct professional sales presentations for groups, clubs, associations, and corporate organizations.
skills and experience required
A degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Business, Banking, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience within the Banking or Financial Services sector, showing a strong understanding of industry standards and products.
Good track record in sales/current portfolio of clients.
