The SOAR Internship Programme is a 1-week immersion experience designed for students who are keen to gain exposure to the financial advisory industry. Through interactive workshops, mentorship, real-life case studies, and networking opportunities, participants will develop practical knowledge, valuable life skills, and a deeper understanding of the opportunities available within the financial services sector.

With a focus on investing, wealth management, and practical financial planning, this programme provides participants with first-hand insights into the industry while equipping them with transferable skills that can benefit them both personally and professionally.

Programme Period: 22 June – 28 June

Time: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Overseas Learning Trip: 9 July – 11 July (Malacca)

What will you do

Being part of the SOAR Internship Programme, you will have the opportunity to:

• Explore the fundamentals of investing, wealth management, and financial planning
• Gain insights into the financial advisory profession through real-world case studies
• Receive mentorship and career guidance from industry professionals
• Develop communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Participate in interactive workshops, simulations, and team-based challenges
• Build professional networks with peers and practitioners within the industry

Who should consider applying

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents aged 21 and above
• Currently studying in a Polytechnic, University, or equivalent institution
• Interested in finance, investing, wealth management, business, or entrepreneurship
• Eager to learn and develop both personally and professionally
• Strong team players with a positive attitude and growth mindset
• Willing to participate actively in programme activities and discussions
• Open to mentorship, feedback, and new experiences
