What to expect:
- Leads are provided, youre expected to contact and schedule appointments with the potential clients via NFTF / face-to-face
- Follow the guidance and direction of your team manager
- Meet or exceed your sales and business goals for both existing and new customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clients investment and insurance portfolio for review as and when needed
- Recommend our suite of onboarded products and referral services based on the clients needs
- Explore and develop new accounts and markets and implement effective strategies
- Establish and manage strong relationships with your customers and partners
- Monitor and report your pipeline opportunities in CRM
- Increase the awareness and adoption of our products and services
- Understand the needs and preferences of our customers and tailor our solutions accordingly
- Work cooperatively with our client support and training teams to ensure customer satisfaction
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Candidates who are existing agents / bankers / advisors are welcome.
- Demonstrated skills in managing your pipeline from lead generation to closing sales
- Demonstrated skills in initiating, building, and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and opportunity tracking
- Previous success in sales (any industry) or a strong desire to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A positive, coachable, and can-do attitude
- The relevant CMFAS certifications or the willingness to obtain them
- A good knowledge of computer and technology
- A diploma or degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
