Job Description

Our client is a leading financial institution in Singapore, seeking a Wealth Management Assistant to support their Wealth and Corporate Client Solutions division.

Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor clients investment portfolios.
- Prepare investment proposals for clients and prospects, including data processing in Excel and preparing presentations in PowerPoint.
- Provide documentation support (e.g., account opening, source of wealth verification, cash flow management).
- Draft internal reports, marketing materials, and various internal/external correspondences.
- Receive clients trade orders, perform pre-trade checks, and support execution and approvals.
- Maintain up-to-date information using internal systems.
- Liaise with internal teams in Singapore, Japan, and other regions, as well as external stakeholders, including vendors.
- Handle phone calls, client inquiries, and prepare related documents, including English-Japanese translations.

Requirement

Requirements & Preferences

(Must)
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a financial institution.
- CACS Paper 1 and Paper 2 certifications.
- Proficiency in Japanese (speaking, listening, and writing, JLPT N2 or equivalent) to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation preparation.

- High attention to detail with accuracy in documentation.
