Wealth Management Advisor (Taiwan/Singapore)

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with affluent Taiwanese individuals, families, business owners, and professionals, providing holistic wealth protection and legacy planning solutions through a consultative approach.

Working alongside a team of experienced case managers and product specialists, you will have access to a wide range of international insurance and wealth planning solutions tailored to the needs of high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients within the Taiwanese market
• Build long-term relationships with clients, intermediaries, family offices, professional introducers, and referral partners
• Identify clients wealth preservation, succession, estate planning, and protection needs
• Provide tailored insurance and wealth planning solutions across life insurance, legacy planning, and wealth accumulation products
• Maintain a high standard of client servicing and relationship management
• Work closely with internal case management and operations teams to ensure smooth policy implementation and ongoing servicing
• Achieve agreed business development and revenue objectives

Requirement

• Proven track record in HNW wealth advisory, financial advisory, private banking, insurance brokerage, or relationship management
• Experience serving Taiwanese clients or possessing a strong network within the Taiwan market would be highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of wealth planning, insurance solutions, and client relationship management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development capabilities
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skill
