Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The Wealth Management Advisor will meet with individual and corporate clients to understand their financial goals and risk profiles, and develop tailored financial and wealth management plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial reviews, advising on investment, insurance, and retirement solutions, and supporting clients in wealth protection, accumulation, and distribution strategies. The role involves monitoring market developments, reviewing client portfolios regularly, and recommending adjustments to help clients stay on track with their objectives. The advisor will also participate in client acquisition activities, maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with internal partners, and uphold all regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Local Diploma or equivalent & above.
  • Willing to learn!
  • (Good to have)Strong financial planning capabilities, including Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Investments and Finance, with the ability to explain products and strategies clearly to clients.
  • (Great to have, can be taught) Experience delivering comprehensive Wealth Management Services across protection, accumulation, and distribution needs.
  • (Great to have) Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or equivalent local credentials) are an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, detail orientation, and a disciplined approach to follow-through and documentation.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
