Position: Sales Manager (Mineral Water Sales) Location: Singapore (island-wide coverage, office-based with field visits) Number of Vacancies: 5 Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent Salary Range: SGD 2,000 - 8,000 per month (basic salary, commensurate with experience, track record, and negotiation) + attractive uncapped commission + performance bonuses

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Quarterly Review Your success will be measured and rewarded through clear, achievable targets:

. Monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets (personal and contribution to team goals).

. New account acquisition: Secure 8-12 new active customers per quarter (e.g., supermarkets, minimarts, hotels, restaurants, offices, F&B chains).

. Existing account growth: Deliver 15-20% YoY revenue increase from key clients.

. Distribution & visibility: Expand product placement points (shelves/SKUs) by 10-15% quarterly.

. Collection & credit control: Keep bad debt 2% and ensure on-time payments.

. Customer engagement: Conduct 40-50 quality field visits/calls per month.

. Accurate reporting: Timely submission of sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.

High performers exceeding KPIs enjoy significant commission upside and quarterly/annual bonuses.

Job Responsibilities

. Drive sales and distribution of our premium mineral water brands across Singapore.

. Prospect and onboard new clients in retail, hospitality, corporate wellness, and food service sectors.

. Nurture long-term relationships with distributors, key accounts, and decision-makers.

. Negotiate deals, promotions, and pricing to maximize volume and margins.

. Track market trends, competitor moves, and local consumer preferences in beverages.

. Work closely with marketing and logistics for smooth product availability and campaigns.

. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations for leadership.

. Represent the brand at trade fairs, tastings, and industry networking events.

Requirements

. Proven sales experience, ideally in FMCG, beverages, food distribution, or similar fast-moving sectors.

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

. Strong drive to hit and exceed targets in a competitive market.

. Fluent in English Mandarin or other local languages advantageous for diverse client base.

. Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven, field-oriented role.

. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.

. Able to travel across Singapore for client meetings and market checks.
