This is a delivery and team-leadership role for a technical expert with 8+ years of experience.
Engineering Design: Lead the technical design and delivery of municipal wastewater treatment and reticulation infrastructure.
Project Management: Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards.
Client Interface: Provide technical advisory, liaise directly with clients, and support engineering proposal bids.
Team Growth: Actively mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
To ensure a successful visa application and integration into the New Zealand engineering ecosystem, you must possess:
Recognized Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Natural Resources Engineering fully accredited under the Washington Accord (e.g., NUS, NTU, or equivalent recognized international universities).
Proven Track Record: Experience delivering municipal wastewater infrastructure projects (experience with PUB networks or major regional water authorities is highly regarded).
Professional Chartership: Hold CPEng status, or possess the qualifications and portfolio readiness to actively work towards New Zealand chartership.
Consulting Savvy: Strong commercial acumen, client-facing confidence, and exceptional English communication skills to influence stakeholders.
