Watch Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect, authenticate, and service luxury watches, ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand integrity.
• Perform light services (battery replacement, bracelet adjustments) and complex overhauls (disassembly, repair, reassembly).
• Conduct polishing and finishing to restore watches while preserving material integrity.
• Communicate with clients, explaining issues, services, and care recommendations to deliver a premium experience.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, servicing, and parts used.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and certifications to continuously improve expertise.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold service excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in luxury watch servicing certification (WOSTEP, Nicolas G. Hayek Watch School, or equivalent) preferred.
• Proficient in servicing top luxury brands (Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Rolex, Richard Mille, Omega, Panerai others a plus).
• Strong technical skills in authentication, inspections, overhauls, and polishing across various materials.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in client interaction and service explanation.
• High attention to detail in record-keeping and maintaining work standards.
• Collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
