WASTEWATER TREATMENT ENGINEER

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor daily mending of SCADA for UPW, WWTP & PCW system

2. Guide daily water analysis for UPW, WWTP & PCW system

3. Lead daily checking/inspection for equipment/system

4. To monitor daily operational consumables replenishment

5. Support daily scheduled/routine equipment maintenance

6. To assist monthly samples submission for legal compliances

7. To ensure smooth planning, executing, controlling and closing for projects.

8. To assist project installation, machine modifications and productivity improvements.

9. Conduct operational training and maintenance guidance for new joined members.

10. Submit daily, weekly, monthly reports to supervisor on time.

11. Ensure compliance to ISO Operating Procedures with Safe Practices.

12. Any other duties as assigned by Superior.

Systems Include: Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) tanks &supply Waste Water Treatment (WWT) tanks & discharge Sewerage (SEW)drainage & discharge Domestic/NEWater (WSS) tanks & supply Process Cooling Water (PCW) tanks & supply Process Waste Water (PWW) tanks & drainage.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Qualification

Bachelor in Mechanical/Mechatronics/ Chemical Engineering with/without relevant experience.

Experience

Experience in using SCADA system for process control in Annual Plant Maintenance in ISO/RBA audits in NEA/PUB audits would be an advantage

Skills Required (MustHave)

Computer literacy, Good interpersonal skills and able to work in teams,

Able to speak English and write simple report

Willing to work in cleanroom environment

Skills Required (Good to Have)

Laboratory testing experience.

Others

Non Colour Blind, No Acrophobia. Able to perform Shift Work
