Warranty Executive (Automotive)

Description

• Permanent position, Salary up to $4,000
• Experience in automotive industry is a MUST

Responsibilities

• Manage and process warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Liaise with suppliers and dealerships to resolve warranty issues
• Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures
• Provide training and support to dealership personnel on warranty processes and procedures
• Conduct audits of dealership warranty claims to ensure accuracy and compliance

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in automotive warranty management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive industry and warranty processes
• Familiarity with warranty software and systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field
