Job Description

You will be responsible for a range of operational activities within the warehouse including, but not limited to:

  • Plan and allocate daily workloads across the team to ensure service levels and operational deadlines are met.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage team members, including handling attendance, absence, performance issues, and general HR-related matters.

  • Monitor performance against KPIs and take proactive action to address shortfalls and drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure all warehouse operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company policies and client requirements.

  • Promote a strong health & safety culture, ensuring full compliance with policies, procedures, and safe systems of work.

  • Ensure all company equipment and assets are used correctly and maintained in a safe, responsible manner.

  • Support onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring competence and compliance from day one.

  • Act as the key point of contact between warehouse operatives and management, escalating operational or people issues where required.

Job Requirement

  • Relevant experience in a warehouse or 3PL supervisory/team leader role.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Team player with good communication and people management skills.

  • Confident in working to KPIs and operational targets.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-driven operation.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if required.

  • Work location - Pioneer, Singapore.
