Warehouse Team Leader(E-commerce)

Job Description :
. Lead daily warehouse operations (picking, packing, inbound & outbound)

. Assign tasks to team members and ensure smooth workflow

. Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time

. Handle problem orders, returns, and urgent shipments

. Monitor team productivity and maintain efficiency

. Train new staff and maintain warehouse discipline

. Assist in inventory control and stock organization

Requirements:

. Prior experience in warehouse / e-commerce fulfilment

. Leadership or team-leading experience preferred

. Able to handle fast-paced environment

. Responsible, hands-on, and able to lead by example

. Basic computer skills (printing labels, simple systems)
