Our client is from Supply Chain Solutions industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Warehouse Team Lead to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in West area.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to procedures and quality standards.
Supervise and support team members in resolving operational issues, errors, and discrepancies.
Manage inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock accuracy monitoring.
Investigate stock discrepancies, excess/short picks, and identify root causes for corrective actions.
Prepare and submit reports on inventory adjustments, operational performance, and KPIs.
Ensure timely submission of reports and achievement of operational targets.
Communicate and enforce work procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation and records using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum O-Level/Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with 3 years supervisory skillsets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS)
