Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations inside a freezer/cold storage environment (temperatures as low as -18°C to -22°C).
Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping frozen seafood products.
Maintain strict inventory accuracy and stock rotation (FEFO/FIFO).
Ensure all frozen products are handled according to food safety and HACCP standards.
Monitor cold storage equipment and report any temperature fluctuations or maintenance needs.
Enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and cold-gear among team members.
Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to fulfill hotel and restaurant orders on time.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment despite freezing conditions.
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits.
Requirements:
Must be able to work in sub-zero (freezing) temperatures for extended periods - physical resilience to cold is essential.
Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience, ideally in frozen food, cold storage, or perishable goods.
Knowledge of cold chain management and food safety regulations (HACCP preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
