Warehouse Supervisor - WL

Benefits Summary:

• Industry: Logistics/Supply Chain
• Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm (alternate after probation)
• Basic up to $2,800 + AWS + VB + OT
• Location: Penjuru Road

Responsibilities:

• Relevant supervising working experience in warehouse
• Responsible for the overall operation and administration of the program
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are complete timely
• Plan and organize to meet customer requirement / satisfaction continually
• General housekeeping and safety / equipment in the warehouse are to up to Performance standard
• Arrange the movement of staff in each activity, if required
• Lead a team of warehouse coordinators to perform warehousing operations
• Ensure the smooth flow of all shipment and warehouse activities
• Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior
• Responsible for issuing and receiving stock as well as packaging of stock
• Required to plan incoming and out-going orders
• Communicate & Implement change as directed
• Any other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager
• Analytical and meticulous with good command

Additional Information:

• Relevant warehouse supervisory experience.
• Minimum education of O level/Diploma.
• 2-3 years of related work experience.
• Forklift license is a plus.
