Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: up to $3500
Working Day: 5 Days
Working Hour: 8.30am-6pm
Working Location: Tuas
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead & supervise a team of customer service staffs to fulfil customers orders.
- Communicate with clients by phone and email regarding all administrative and documentation difficulties, as well as addressing any concerns brought up.
- Keep an eye on shipments to make sure they are cleared and delivered on time.
- Verify that all incoming and departing operations meet the Key Performance Indexes.
- Quickly process billing bills for customers.
- Use the Microsoft Office Suite to extract and tabulate data for report analysis.
- Manage the Section's safety and provide the team with safety information.
- Perform routine cycle counts and stock audits.
- To increase efficiency, find and implement process changes.
- Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Take corrective measures to deal with performance problems.
- Put quality control procedures in place to make sure products fulfil necessary requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma in any field
- At least 5 years of practical experience working in a warehouse as a supervisor.
