Logistics Supervisor / Team Lead

$3,000 - $4,000 per month + AWS

Working Days:

5.5 Days work week. 8:30am to 6:00pm / 8:30am to 1:00pm

Working location: East

Key Responsibilities

. Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

. Oversee picking, packing, loading/unloading, and order fulfillment.

. Manage receiving and dispatch of goods accurately and on time.

. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock take.

. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of warehouse activities.

. Enforce workplace safety standards and operational procedures.

. Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to meet KPIs.

. Resolve operational issues and handle escalations when required.

. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. logistics, customer service) for smooth workflow.

. Train and guide new staff to improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

. Candidate with valid forklift license is added advantage.
