Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Overseeing inbound/outbound logistics, including receiving, loading, and unloading goods /answering call / take order /issue PO
- Inventory Control: Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting marine parts stock checks, and performing audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Space Optimization: Organizing warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and managing storage space.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining equipment, and keeping the facility secure.
- Data and Reporting: Using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track data and reporting KPIs to management.
Typical Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is required,.
- Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel is highly valued.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety standards, and inventory control techniques.
- Abilities: Effective communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
