Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate recording of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Team Supervision
• Lead warehouse staff, assign tasks, and oversee daily operations.
• Train employees on safety, equipment use, and SOPs.
• Logistics Coordination
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and distribution teams.
• Schedule deliveries and manage shipment documentation.
• Safety & Compliance
• Enforce workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and storage areas.
• Process Improvement
• Identify inefficiencies and implement lean practices.
• Optimize warehouse layout for better workflow.
• Reporting
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory, productivity, and KPIs.
• Support audits and provide data for management decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in warehouse or manufacturing operations.
• Technical Knowledge: ERP/WMS systems, inventory control, lean manufacturing.
• Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, time management, communication.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to oversee warehouse floor activities and handle equipment.
