Warehouse Supervisor

Work Location: 51 Calshot Road (East Area) - Super Store

(Rotating Shift)

Day Shift:

Monday to Friday 7:45 am - 4:45pm Saturday 7:45 am - 11:45 am

Night Shift ($9/day):

Monday to Friday 4:15 pm - 1:00 am Saturday off

Primary Responsibilities

.Ensuring accuracy on job performance

.Ensuring all reports are produced in time

.Ensure customers requirement are fulfilled

.Ensure inventory system and documentation are done accurately and promptly

.Ensure all customers billing compilation on time and accurate

.Ensure fully compliance for Workplace Safety & Health requirement

.Comply and meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 for Integrated

.Management System

.Ensure achieve IMS Policy and IMS objectives

Duties / Scope of Work

.To keep warehouse management system up to date on a daily basis.

.To lead a team of warehouse & oversee and plan day to day in warehousing daily operations

.Review all aspects of operational, Safety, risk assessment and quality assurance

.To involve in Business RFQ and Cost Simulation

.Responsible to implementation of systems and constant work improvements

.To ensure all functions of logistics support are in line with business demands

.To respond and follow up on enquiries by customers

.To coordinate and support weekly cycle count, monthly or yearly inventory count

.To compile monthly billing to customers and Finance Department

.To perform any other tasks assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

.Must possess at least Diploma

.Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office and knowledge in WMS functions

.Possess forklift driving license

.Able to operate VNA / Stacker

.Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment
