Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock records.
- Lead and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency and productivity targets.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners on deliveries and shipments.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
- Forklift licence/certification is preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handle operational demands.
