The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with an established organisation within the retail sector to hire a Warehouse Supervisor for its in-house operations.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will oversee daily warehouse activities, inventory and order fulfilment while leading an operational team. You will also work with internal stakeholders to resolve day-to-day issues and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Location: East Singapore
- Working Hours: 5.5 days Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm Saturday, 9am-1pm
- Salary Package: Up to S$4,500 + AWS + Annual Performance Bonus
The Job:
- Oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth operations
- Manage inventory movements, storage and stock accuracy
- Coordinate order preparation, fulfilment and dispatch activities
- Plan daily manpower and provide guidance to the warehouse team
- Provide hands-on operational support during daily and peak activities
- Work with internal teams to resolve operational and inventory issues
- Monitor warehouse workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Ensure operational procedures and safety standards are followed
The Talent:
- Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
- At least 3-5 years of relevant warehouse operations experience, preferably within Retail or FMCG
- Prior experience in an in-house warehouse environment will be preferred
- Experience leading and managing warehouse staff
- Good knowledge of inventory management, order fulfilment and daily warehouse operations
- Hands-on with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with WMS, ERP or inventory management systems would be advantageous
- Exposure to e-commerce or omni-channel fulfilment would be advantageous
- Possess Class 3 Driving License would be an added advantage
