Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and stock movements
- Ensure inventory accuracy through proper receiving, put-away, cycle counts, and stock audits
- Monitor order fulfillment timelines and ensure SLAs are met
- Coordinate closely with logistics, customer experience, and planning teams to resolve stock or delivery issues
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance escalate issues when needed
- Foster a disciplined, accountable, and collaborative team culture
- Use WMS / ERP systems to track inventory movements and transactions
- Prepare daily / weekly reports on stock accuracy, productivity, and incidents
- Flag discrepancies, process gaps, and improvement opportunities proactively
- Enforce workplace safety standards, SOPs, and equipment handling procedures
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure proper use of PPE
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and 5S practices in the warehouse
- Identify inefficiencies in layout, workflow, or manpower allocation
- Support process improvements to reduce errors, delays, and manual work
- Assist in scaling warehouse operations as business volumes grow
Experience
- 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Hands-on experience with inventory control and warehouse operations
- Comfortable managing blue-collar teams and working on the ground
- Familiarity with WMS / inventory systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar is a plus)
