Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and stock movements
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through proper receiving, put-away, cycle counts, and stock audits
  • Monitor order fulfillment timelines and ensure SLAs are met
  • Coordinate closely with logistics, customer experience, and planning teams to resolve stock or delivery issues
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance escalate issues when needed
  • Foster a disciplined, accountable, and collaborative team culture
  • Use WMS / ERP systems to track inventory movements and transactions
  • Prepare daily / weekly reports on stock accuracy, productivity, and incidents
  • Flag discrepancies, process gaps, and improvement opportunities proactively
  • Enforce workplace safety standards, SOPs, and equipment handling procedures
  • Conduct regular safety checks and ensure proper use of PPE
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and 5S practices in the warehouse
  • Identify inefficiencies in layout, workflow, or manpower allocation
  • Support process improvements to reduce errors, delays, and manual work
  • Assist in scaling warehouse operations as business volumes grow

Experience

  • 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Hands-on experience with inventory control and warehouse operations
  • Comfortable managing blue-collar teams and working on the ground
  • Familiarity with WMS / inventory systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar is a plus)
