Responsibilities

1. Supervise and lead a section within the department to meet organizational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Take ownership of improvement projects and liaise with customers to resolve operational issues.
3. Guide junior staff and new hires in achieving warehouse operations targets.
4. Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
5. Plan manpower with cost considerations to fulfill customer order demands.
6. Promote a culture of physical and mental well-being in the workplace.
7. Oversee safety measures and disseminate safety information to the team.
8. Monitor employee performance and address any related issues.
9. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
10. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
11. Report on warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
12. Perform any other job-related functions as assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics supervision.
2. Valid forklift license with hands-on operational experience.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
