Job scope:
Inventory & Stock Control
- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and components.
- Ensure high inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and annual physical audits.
- Oversee the picking process to confirm all required parts are collected and prepared for production activities.
Logistics & Distribution
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal teams and freight forwarders.
- Verify all incoming goods against Purchase Orders and technical specifications.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including packing lists and export paperwork where required.
Operational Excellence
- Improve warehouse layout to enhance picking efficiency and material flow.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse in line with 5S standards.
- Ensure all warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, racking, and weighing scales, is properly maintained and certified.
