Our client is a leading global logistics and supply chain solutions provider seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations. This role is responsible for leading the operations team, ensuring inventory accuracy, driving operational excellence, and maintaining compliance with customer and safety requirements.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30pm - 8:30am (Permanent Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff, including manpower planning and shift scheduling.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive productivity improvements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, and discrepancy investigations.
- Perform warehouse transactions using SAP, including Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer, and Inventory Adjustments.
- Handle semiconductor materials in accordance with ESD and cleanroom requirements.
- Coordinate with production and planning teams to support manufacturing operations.
- Drive Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, SOPs, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience in the warehouse industry is required.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with inventory control, warehouse KPIs, and process improvement.
- Able to work permanent night shift.
