Job Summary:
- Basic salary: $2600-$3000 (depend on relevant experience)
- Location: Clementi
- Working Timing: Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM, Saturday, 8AM-12PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, including task allocation and performance monitoring
- Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock control and regular stock checks
- Coordinate with operations, transport, and administrative teams to meet delivery timelines
- Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and company SOPs
- Prepare basic operational reports and documentation
- Handle manpower planning and overtime arrangement when required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Ability to lead a small team and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (e.g. Excel, warehouse systems)
- Physically fit and willing to work in a warehouse environment
