Warehouse Supervisor (Manufacturing Industry, SAP)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with an established MNC with manufacturing operations in Singapore, and we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their warehouse and logistics team. This role will lead a team of warehouse personnel and administrative support staff in the daily execution of warehouse operations. The successful candidate will oversee receiving, storage, material handling, issuing, packing and shipping activities, while ensuring inventory accuracy, safety compliance and operational efficiency.

• Work hours: Mon-Fri | 8am - 5pm

The Job:

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material issuing, packing and shipping activities
• Supervise and coach warehouse personnel and administrative support staff to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Work closely with manufacturing and internal teams to resolve warehouse, material and production support matters
• Plan manpower, warehouse space and resources to support operational needs
• Ensure warehouse procedures, safety requirements and operational policies are properly followed
• Train team members on warehouse processes, safety practices and SAP transactions
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation and annual physical inventory activities
• Ensure proper handling, storage and disposal of materials, including controlled, shelf-life and special storage items
• Support compliance with trade, customs, ISO and EHS requirements, including risk assessments and safety initiatives
• Drive process improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and overall operational performance

The Talent:

• Diploma in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline
• At least 5 years of hands-on warehouse, shipping/receiving or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity within manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP system, and knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, cycle count and compliance requirements
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people management and communication skills, with the ability to lead, train and motivate a team
