Warehouse Supervisor / Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

.Run daily shift execution: briefing, task allocation, progress tracking, rebalancing manpower when bottlenecks form.

.Deliver inbound/outbound plans and meet carrier/customer cut-offs with minimal firefighting.

.Enforce SOP and WMS discipline (scanning compliance, correct status updates, no shortcuts).

.Drive quality: reduce mispicks, rework, wrong labels/docs, and prevent repeat errors.

.Support inventory integrity: correct putaway/location discipline, assist with cycle counts, investigate variances and close findings.

.Manage exceptions: missing stock, damages, stuck orders, operational blockers -assign actions and drive closure.

.Lead and manage the team on the floor: coaching, attendance control, basic discipline, and training refreshers.

.Maintain 5S/housekeeping as a baseline expectation (staging discipline, labeling, aisle cleanliness).

.Provide clear updates and shift handovers: what's done, what's pending, what's at risk, and recovery plan.

Requirements

.2-5 years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in 3PL / contract logistics / multi-account environment.

.Proven ability to run a shift and deploy manpower across inbound/outbound activities.

.Comfortable with WMS/RF scanning and basic reporting (Excel trackers).

.Strong floor leadership: firm, fair, consistent
