Responsibilities
- Organize and control storage and inventory space to ensure stock accuracy and availability for operational efficiency
- Verify inventory records and shipment details to prevent errors and losses, ensuring data integrity
- Resolve client inquiries and operational issues through proactive communication to maintain service quality
- Maintain detailed records and generate specialized reports to monitor and improve warehouse performance
- Implement innovative methods and process improvements to increase warehouse productivity and operational effectiveness
- Prepare, pack, schedule, and route orders to guarantee timely and accurate delivery to customers
