Warehouse Supervisor Wanted!
Job Summary
Join our fast-growing e-commerce team as a Warehouse Supervisor. You will lead daily warehouse operations, manage inventory accurately, and ensure timely order fulfillment to support smooth business flow.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a small warehouse team to achieve daily operational goals
- Supervise picking, packing, and dispatching of orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
- Organize and maintain inventory records and storage areas to support efficient warehouse management
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and inventory scanners safely to handle materials and track stock
- Enforce safety procedures and compliance to maintain a safe working environment and smooth operations
- Use basic computer skills and inventory software to update stock information and support warehouse processes
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Forklift License to operate warehouse machinery safely and legally
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience to effectively manage warehouse tasks and team coordination
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with team members to maintain workflow
- Energetic and hands-on approach to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Work Location Toa Payoh Industrial Park, Singapore
Working Hours Option 1 - 5-Day Work Week:
- Sunday plus one weekday off (Tuesday-Friday)
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
Option 2 - 6-Day Work Week:
- Sunday off
- Monday-Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
