Warehouse Supervisor/Executive

Job Description

. Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, which includes managing inventory, ensuring efficient space utilisation and maintaining warehouse safety standards

. Monitor and update inventory records accurately, including vehicle and accessory movements

. Oversee inventory accuracy through proper stock control and regular cycle counts

. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues and meet business needs

. Uphold compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational SOPs

. Manage and control all logistics activities and supply chain operations to ensure availability of products to meet demand as per request at optimized cost

. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or management

Requirements:

- Min. Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Administration or equivalent

- At least 5 years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the automotive industry

- Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics procedures

- Able to handle loading/unloading work when required

- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory software)

- Able to work overtime or weekends when necessary

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong leadership and communication skills
