Warehouse Supervisor (East/ Manufacturing/ Rotating Shift)

Responsibilities

. Lead and support warehouse associates to achieve daily operational and productivity targets.

. Monitor warehouse activities, safety standards, and service levels to ensure smooth operations.

. Conduct daily team briefings and provideperformance updates and reports.

. Guide team members on warehouse procedures, work instructions, and operational best practices.

. Support attendance tracking, employee training, and team development initiatives.

. Escalate operational issues and risks to supervisors in a timely manner.

. Support continuous improvement initiatives, new project implementations, and cross-functional warehouse operations.

. Provide backup support to supervisors asrequired.

. Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, andcompliance with company policies and procedures.

. Collaborate with production and other departments to support operational requirements.

. Perform any other duties assigned by management.

. Ableto work on rotating shifts, permanent night shifts, or other shift arrangementsas required by operational needs.

Requirements

. Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or leadershipexperience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or production operations.

. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations,inventory control, and workplace safety.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamleadership skills.

. Able to work in a fast-paced environment andmanage multiple tasks.

. Physically able to perform operational dutieswhen required.

. Secondary school education or equivalentpreferred.

. Able to work shifts as required.
