Job Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management
- Oversee receiving inspection of incoming shipments
- Support verification of purchasing invoice
- Ensure systematic storage & rotation of inventory respecting FIFO/FEFO
- Ensure cleanliness and overall warehouse maintenance
Delivery Management
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of picking list
- Ensure daily deliveries are out as per KPI measurements
- Route planning for delivery personnel and vehicles
- Ensure cleanliness of delivery vehicle
Team Management
- Ensure and enforce professional discipline with all reporting staff
- Recommend WSH solutions to address shortcomings in current processes
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum GCE O level or equivalent qualification. Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Warehouse Management / Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the F&B industry
- Possess valid Class 3 / 4 driving license
