Warehouse Supervisor (5-day work week)

Our Client

Our client is a well-established food ingredients and seasoning manufacturer headquartered in Germany, with a strong and expanding presence across Asia. Their Singapore office serves as a key operational hub, supporting warehouse, logistics, and distribution activities for customers across multiple markets. The company is known for its stable work environment, long industry heritage, and commitment to quality and food safety.

Your Role

Reporting to Managing Director, you will lead the daily operations of the warehouse and delivery team to ensure efficient, safe, and timely flow of goods. You will oversee receiving and inspection of shipments, manage inventory using FIFO/FEFO, ensure proper storage and space utilisation, and maintain overall warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising picking, packing, and timely dispatch of orders
• Planning delivery routes and schedules
• Overseeing warehouse and vehicle maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with safety SOPs and operational disciplines
• Working closely with Assistant Warehouse Supervisors and liaising with internal departments

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics operations (F&B industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities
• Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse equipment operation
• Proficient in MS Office SAP experience is an advantage
• Holds a valid Class 3 driving licence
• Able to work well in a fast-paced and hands-on operational environment
