Job Summary
The Warehouse Storeman supports daily warehouse operations by managing inbound and outbound deliveries, issuing parts to engineers, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with teams to meet operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Arrive punctually at 7:45 AM to begin daily warehouse operations
- Receive and process inbound deliveries to ensure accurate stock intake
- Prepare and issue daily parts to onsite engineers to support maintenance activities
- Process returned parts and submit daily return reports to maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for equipment and warehouse stock
- Organize and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse environment
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill operational requirements and support workflow
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage inventory data
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and warehouse tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is advantageous
- Demonstrated responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work independently
