Job Summary
You will manage store inventory by recording sales and restocking items, maintain a clean and organized store environment, mediate staff-client interactions, and ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
Responsibilities
- Record sales transactions accurately and restock the store to maintain inventory levels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to support efficient operations
- Mediate and de-escalate confrontations between staff and clients to maintain a positive environment
- Verify the quality, quantity, specifications, and condition of materials received from vendors to ensure compliance with standards
- Organize and stock received materials for easy access, identification, verification, and handling
- Apply appropriate care and preservation methods to prevent damage and loss of stocked materials
- Coordinate the smooth issuance of materials to the issue department to support operational needs
- Maintain accurate accounting records of materials received and issued to ensure inventory integrity
