Warehouse Senior Assistant/ Assistant (1 year contract)

We're searching for a Senior Assistant I to be part of our Traffic and Warehouse, Supply Chain Department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on:

• Ensure safety in all aspects of work, including carrying heavy loads, binning in, and the use of ladders. Reference to HIRA procedures.

• Maintain excellent 6S housekeeping standards in daily work activities

• Perform SAP transactions for warehouse-related tasks, including packing.

• Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with all audit requirements.

• Enforce procedures for security wafers management, including security wafer packing.

• Identify and contribute to improvement projects, submitting projects into the SSMC Transform Portal.

• Assist in data analysis and preparation for yearly strategic planning.

• Review and update all operating instructions (OIs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

More about you:

• Minimum GCE O Level / ITE / Polytechnic graduate.

• Preferably 1 to 2 years of logistic experience in a warehouse setting.

• Experience in semiconductor warehouse operations is advantageous.

• Demonstrated integrity and proactive work attitude.

• Proficient in SAP system operations.

• Accurate work with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent housekeeping skills.

• Forklift license is a plus.
