Warehouse & Production Assistant

Job Description:

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities and product condition against purchase orders or delivery documents.
• Sort, label and store trophies, award components, corporate gifts and packaging materials in the correct locations.
• Pick and issue products and components according to sales orders and production requirements.
• Record all stock received, issued, assembled, transferred, returned or damaged accurately and promptly.
• Assist with stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Assist with loading, unloading and preparing completed orders for delivery or customer collection.
• Ad-Hoc duties to assist with production operation

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, assembly, packing or production work is preferred.
• Basic computer and inventory-system knowledge
• Able to work overtime during peak periods when required
• Good Communication and Organizing Skills
