Warehouse/Product Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in on-site shift scheduling and ensure normal attendance and clock-in according to assigned shifts.

2. Conduct daily equipment inspections, routine checks, maintenance, and servicing, with proper records, and prepare documentation.

3. Troubleshoot and repair on-site equipment failures to ensure stable operation.

4. Submit maintenance checklists, fault report tickets, spare-parts request forms, and spare-parts consumption records all cases must be properly documented.

5. Manage spare parts inventory, maintain accurate ledgers, ensure inventory accuracy, and guarantee timely replenishment of stock.

6. Enforce safety management requirements in strict compliance with company safety regulations unauthorized personnel or individuals without proper PPE are strictly prohibited from entering the warehouse area.

7. Implement 5S management for on-site offices and equipment areas, with daily photo-based reporting.

8. Support various customer production demands on site, such as peak seasons, major promotions (e.g., Black Friday), and fully manage temporary support personnel.

9. Preferred professional certifications, such as working-at-height certification, electrician license, etc.

10. Assist the Service Manager or Project Manager in the acceptance and handover of additional or expansion projects.

11. Submit daily, monthly, and other periodic reports on time, and attend departmental meetings as scheduled.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle) or automation industry.

2. Ability to perform basic mechanical assembly/disassembly and electrical troubleshooting.

3. Proficient in using common tools, including multimeters, angle grinders, electric drills, and similar equipment.

4. Strong service mindset with the ability to maintain effective customer relationships.

5. Solid on-site management capabilities with cost awareness.

6. Strong stress tolerance and willingness to accept long-term domestic travel.
