Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operator to join our logistics team. You will be responsible for handling inventory, picking and packing orders, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Handling & Storage
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods properly.
Ensure accurate labeling and stock arrangement for easy retrieval.
Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies. - Order Fulfillment
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to standard procedures.
Verify accuracy of items against order sheets before dispatch.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods. - Warehouse Maintenance & Safety
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
Follow safety guidelines and proper handling of equipment and materials.
Report any damaged or faulty items promptly. - Documentation & Reporting
Update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
Assist in cycle counts and stocktaking activities.
Support logistics team with basic administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred (but not mandatory).
- Physically fit to handle lifting, moving, and organizing stock.
- Basic understanding of inventory systems or willingness to learn.
- Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with internal teams and forwarder.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and time management.
- Forklift license/certification is an added advantage.
