Our client, a well-established logistics company, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operator to join their operations team.

8.30am - 6.15pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with all warehouse safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to 5S standards.
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities, as well as cycle counting, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct visual inspections of shipments and report any discrepancies, damages, or non-conformities.
- Support the Supervisor in meeting operational KPIs and performance targets.
- Carry out general warehouse duties, including stocktaking, material handling, inventory record maintenance, and documentation control.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support process enhancements.
- Strive to improve productivity and operational efficiency consistently.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting goods of up to 20 kg when required.
- Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
- Basic computer literacy familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Possession of a forklift and/or reach truck license is an advantage.
