The Role
Presidio's Warehouse Operative is vital in supporting the Warehouse Manager with daily operations, ensuring the efficient handling of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting in the achievement of overall warehouse performance goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Receive incoming goods and ensure put-away processes is followed.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain inventory control.
• Process shipments via air, road, courier, and international logistics channels.
• Handle product returns and manage associated documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety standards and company guidelines.
• Perform routine stock checks and report any discrepancies.
• Investigate stock variances and help implement corrective actions
• Ensure accurate data entry and inventory records in the Warehouse Management
  System (WMS).
• Provide hands-on training and support to new and current team members.
• Uphold quality standards across warehouse operations and physical spaces.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and operational targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow across the
  organization.
• Carry out additional duties as required by the business.

Required Skills and Professional Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
• Prior experience with warehouse systems and technology is advantageous
• Knowledge of international freight is an advantage
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach.
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Must be an excellent time keeper and willing to work flexible hours.
• Resilient under pressure and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Positive, ambitious, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficient in using computers, including MS Office tools.
